Led by Novartis, the initiative fights to reduce cardiovascular events by 30 percent by 2030. The interdisciplinary group is made up of global pharmaceutical and medical technology companies such as Abbott, Novartis and Siemens Healthineers. It also includes patient representatives, health insurers and politicians.

With scientific support from the WifOR Institute and the Institute for Health Economics (IfG), the Herz-Hirn-Allianz aims to reduce cardiovascular events by 30 percent by 2030.
